We’ll visit your property to get a true sense of its size, location, and unique features. Based on this, we’ll send you a tailored proposal that includes detailed pricing.
Once the contract is signed, we begin onboarding your home. This includes a detailed audit where we assess and document every aspect of your home, to help us track and optimize it moving forward.

While MADLEN coordinates and oversees all services related to your second home, the associated costs remain your responsibility.
No, renting your home is entirely optional. You can enjoy all the benefits of our service without choosing to rent. If you do decide to rent (available only with the Hospitality package), we do not take any commission on the rental income. Instead, you only pay a fixed fee that covers all rental costs (such as cleaning, etc.).
MADLEN-branded amenities are carefully selected to bring a hotel-quality experience to your home. These include premium Operating Supplies & Equipment items such as bed linens, bath linens, bathrobes, slippers, umbrellas, hairdryers, or our signature fragrance soaps, etc., all designed to create a refined and comfortable stay.
No, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, if you choose to pay annually, you commit to a 12-month period but benefit from a 10 % discount on your package and a free onboarding.
